馬鈴薯泥的英文....potato puree
因為很喜歡看煮菜的節目，所以默默地學到不少煮菜的用字，今天來分享馬鈴薯泥/potato puree，puree這個字可以跟很多食物結合，像是tomato puree/蕃茄泥(醬)或者apple puree/蘋果泥，是個非常實用的字！
