Vanilla extract vs. vanilla essence/香草精(n.),雖然對廚藝只在超級初階,但好奇遇到這兩個產品,還是跟google大神請教了一下,原來vanilla extract大多是是用天然香草籽萃取出的第一道香草精,vanilla essesnce則是用香草籽渣萃取出的第二或三道,且加上化學香料調味的香草精,唉,是不是跟之前的棉籽油和橄欖油事件有點相似啊~~~
