Gentrification
Gentrification,真是難以簡短轉譯的字彙,是一個(透過將)經濟較佳居民移到經濟較差的地區,(來)改善城市經濟較差地方環境與居住品質的過程。
Gentrification通常很受政府歡迎和支持,但經過gentrification的區域,雖然帶來較好的基礎建設和生活環境,也有助改善治安問題,但很多原本住在當地經濟環境較差的居民,也常因為無法負擔gentrification後地區的生活費,而被迫移出,也造成另外一種社會問題,目前似乎也是有些爭議的議題。

PMI...採購經理人指數...
今天要來分享超專業(對我來說)的金融術語:PMI/Purchasing Managers Index/採購經理人指數,是透過新訂單、庫存、產能、訂單交貨與就業情形等面向,來呈現製造業健康狀況的指數,如果指數在50以上,表示經濟狀況擴張,50以下則有衰退情形,指數在50上下,則表示經濟在擴張或衰退邊緣囉!
